Lobotomy Survivor

In "Lobotomy Survivor", your mysterious character with elemental powers of Fire, Water, Earth, and Lightning wakes up in an asylum surrounded by enemies. To escape, you must defeat them all, but be careful - you were scheduled for a lobotomy, and they will do everything in their power to complete the operation. Will you retain your powers and escape? Or will you forget the command of the elements one by one? Will you ever be the same? ...Oh, and who were you in the first place?
